'Homeless to Holiness' speaker set
WARREN -- Warren Women's Connection, an affiliate of Stonecroft Ministries, will host a luncheon 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at DiLucia's Banquet Center. 2610 Elm Road NE, Warren.
Nancy Montagna, a Warren resident who spent 16 years in the field of behavior health, will share her story, "Homeless to Holiness." Mary Duke, director of Teen Straight Talk, will hold a question and answer session regarding the nonprofit service organization.
Special music will be provided by classical guitarist Shaun McCune.
The luncheons are held the second Monday of each month and cost $13.

Retired teachers to meet Tuesday
NILES -- Trumbull Retired Teachers Association will meet for a noon luncheon Tuesday at Ciminero's Banquet Centre, 123 N. Main St., Niles.
Lunch is $11.75 with reservations due to Dee Sullivan, 1125 Townsend Ave., Youngstown. New members are welcome to attend.
The speaker, Carrie Shockey, will talk about way to communicate love.
TRTA will collect coloring books, crayons and storybooks for Akron Children's Hospital as well as yarn, postage stamps, candles and glasses.

St. Stephen hosts Irish fundraiser
NILES -- St. Stephen Parish will hold its annual Luck of the Irish fundraiser 5:30 p.m. March 18 at Ciminero's Banquet Centre, 123 N. Main St., Niles.
The fundraiser will include a buffet-style dinner, desserts and an open bar.
There will be more than $7,000 worth of cash prizes, a lottery tree and a gift basket auction.
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased by calling the parish office at 330-652-4396.
Relay For Life meetings planned
NILES -- The Relay For Life of Niles set its committee and team meetings for 6 to 7 p.m. March 1 and April 5 at the city's wellness center, 213 Sharkey Drive.
McKinley Library Friends to gather
WARREN -- The Friends of the McKinley Memorial Library will meet today at Perkins Restaurant, 1953 Niles Cortland Road NE, Warren.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.
Dinner will be individual checks, and dessert will be provided.
