• First United Methodist Church 608 N. Crandon Ave., Niles, will host a soup and baked potato luncheon following the second service Jan. 29.
Soup choices will include chicken noodle and chili.
Proceeds will benefit the community meals ministry, and the cost to eat is $5.

• First Presbyterian Church of Girard, 890 Churchill Road, will sell chicken noodle, potato and stuffed cabbage soups, homemade pepperoni rolls, fresh-baked bread and homemade sticky buns Jan. 21, with pickup between 3 and 4:30 p.m.
The soups are $5 a quart and $3 a pint. The pepperoni rolls are $8 for large and $2.50 for a single. Bread is $2 for a large loaf and $1.50 for a small. The sticky buns are four for $2.50.
