Jan. 30, 1:25 p.m. -- Fight reported at 511 North Ave. after a man was yelling at and threatening a woman in an elevator.
11:21 a.m. -- Vicious dogs reported after a woman was being chased by dogs on West Prospect Avenue. Police found two large dogs running loose and the owner was cited.
Jan. 29, 4:06 p.m. -- Stalking complaint reported at 100 N. Market St. after one person told police of being assaulted by the other.
3:41 p.m. -- A man reported that a woman took another person's dog at 260 Forsythe Ave. Police learned that the dog was not taken, but got loose and someone found it.
