April 28, 12:02 p.m. -- Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Bazetta police with a crash in the area of Elm Road and Millennium Boulevard.
April 27, 10:58 p.m. -- A man and woman were heard arguing in the area of Niles Cortland Road and Wakefield Drive. The caller also reported hearing gunshots. Police were unable to locate the source.
9:49 p.m. -- Unwanted person reported in the 400 block of Fowler Street. A man was arrested and taken to jail.
5:06 p.m. -- Black Ford F-150 driving recklessly in the area of East Main Street and South Colonial Drive. Officers located the vehicle and warned the driver.
2:22 p.m. -- Officers assisted Bazetta police with a crash in the area of Southdale Boulevard and state Route 305.
1:23 p.m. -- School bus violation reported in the 300 block of Hillman Drive.
12:39 p.m. -- Disturbance reported in the 100 block of Viets Drive.
11:42 a.m. -- Reckless blue truck reported in the area of Winter Lane and North Colonial Drive. Officers were unable to locate it.
11:20 a.m. -- A business in the 200 block of South High Street reported a woman was shoplifting, but police said she did not steal anything.
10:45 a.m. -- Identity theft reported in the 4700 block of state Route 5.
April 26, 11:50 p.m. -- Suspicious man reported in the area of Natale Drive and South High Street. The man told officers he was out for a walk.
10:35 p.m. -- Suspicious vehicle reported in the 3300 block of Niles Cortland Road. The driver told police he ran out of gas, so they put some gas in his tank.
5:55 p.m. -- A motorist ran out of gas in the area of South High and Fowler streets. An officer waited while another motorist drove him to the gas station.
3:23 p.m. -- Unwanted person reported in the 100 block of Viets Drive.
April 25, 7:36 p.m. -- Missing juvenile reported in the 300 block of South Colonial Drive. The teen was later found at his place of employment.
April 24, 8:26 p.m. -- Suspicious activity reported in the 300 block of Tessa Place.
6:03 a.m. -- Neighbor problem reported in the 100 block of Walnut Street.
April 23, 8:03 p.m. -- Suspicious red truck reported at a business in the 100 block of Market Street. An employee told police the truck was not there long and left before officers arrived.
April 22, 11:14 p.m. -- Criminal damaging to a vehicle reported in the 200 block of Erie Street.
April 21, 10:09 p.m. -- Unruly juveniles reported in the 200 block of Michaels Court. Officers spoke to the neighbors who said some of the children at a birthday party went for a walk.
3:22 p.m. -- A man was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 100 block of South High Street.
3:22 p.m. -- ATV reported in the 100 block of Diamond Way. Officers said there were no ATVs, but people in the area were cutting their grass.
April 20, 9:02 p.m. -- A resident in the 300 block of Tessa Place reported someone smashed a piece of cheese on her vehicle.
8:09 p.m. -- A manager of a business in the 400 block of South High Street reported an ongoing problem with juvenile boys coming in and causing a disturbance.
8:01 p.m. -- Motorcycle crash reported on state Route 305. One person was taken to the hospital.
4:10 p.m. -- Suspicious activity reported in the 400 block of South High Street.
April 19, 8:58 p.m. -- Disturbance reported in the 100 block of Vinetree Place.
6:11 p.m. -- Two male juveniles were yelling at others and trying to break the swings at Willow Park. Their parents were advised of the situation.
5:49 p.m. -- Motorcycle driving recklessly reported in the area of South Colonial Drive and Bayberry Lane.
5:02 p.m. -- Motorcyclists racing in the area of McCleary Jacoby Road and West Main Street. Officers were unable to locate them.
4:13 p.m. -- Officers assisted Cortland Fire / EMS in the 100 block of Winter Lane.
9:57 a.m. -- A bull mastiff was on the loose in the 100 block of Market Street. It was later returned to its owner.
April 18, 5:50 p.m. -- Officers assisted Bazetta police with an incident in the 3900 block of Hoagland Blackstub Road.
April 17, 8:31 p.m. -- Intoxicated driver reported in the 100 block of West Main Street. The report was determined to be unfounded.
5:52 p.m. -- Reckless Dodge Caravan reported in the 2800 block of state Route 305. Officers were unable to locate it.
April 16, 4:04 p.m. -- Four-wheelers reported driving recklessly in the 100 block of Huntington Trail. Officers spoke to a resident in the 2600 block of state Route 305, who said a birthday party was taking place but no one was riding ATVs in the street.
12:01 p.m. -- Two-vehicle noninjury crash reported in the area of Lakeview and Greenbriar drives.
April 15, 7:10 p.m. -- Possible intoxicated driver reported in the 200 block of Old Oak Drive.
5:22 p.m. -- Officers assisted Cortland firefighters / EMS with a call in the 300 block of Russell Street.
April 14, 8:24 p.m. -- An officer was flagged down in the 400 block of North Mecca Street and advised of juveniles riding four-wheelers on the sled hill. Officers located five juveniles with four ATVs. They were escorted to a relative's home and educated on the laws of riding on state property, according to a police report. No damage was observed to the sled hill.
5:42 p.m. -- Shoplifting by juveniles reported by a business in the 200 block of West Main Street. The report was unfounded, according to a police report.
11:29 a.m. -- An identity theft report was made at the police station.
