10:13 a.m. -- LaBritany Campbell, 28, of Warren, was arrested at Trumbull County juvenile court on a warrant.

8:27 a.m. -- Threat of suicide reported in the 1000 block of state Route 88, Bristol.

6:48 a.m. -- Threat of suicide reported in the 6400 block of Morell Ray Road, Mecca. Jess Humphries, 44, was arrested on charges of inducing panic and obstructing official business.

2:43 p.m. -- Theft reported in the 3300 block of Five Points Hartford Road, Hartford.

Nov. 2, 5:32 p.m. -- 61-year-old woman reportedly acting erratically in the 4800 block of Maple Drive, Newton Township.

11:53 a.m.-- 78-year-old woman reportedly in need of medical assistance in the 2900 block of Youngstown Road SE in Warren.

Nov. 1, 5:44 p.m. -- Suspicious vehicle, a white work van following two girls ages 11 and 9, reported in the 8300 block of Main Street, Kinsman.

10:39 a.m. -- Hannah M. Brown, 21, of Lockwood Boulevard, Boardman, was arrested at the Trumbull County jail on a failure-to-appear warrant from Girard Municipal Court and two forgery charges out of Warren Municipal Court.
