Sept. 1, 10:41 p.m. -- Person on a roof reported in the 200 block of Wae Trail. An ex-girlfriend was trying to get in a second window to retrieve her items from the home.
9:37 p.m. -- Cortland police assisted Bazetta police in the 2100 block of Millennium Blvd.
9:01 p.m. -- Private property crash reported at a business in the 100 block of South High Street.
9:40 a.m. -- Raccoon with a vegetable can stuck on its head reported in a backyard in the 1000 block of Liberty Boulevard. An officer located the raccoon and removed the can from its head. The officer ordered the raccoon back to the woods, and it complied without incident.
8:23 p.m. -- Illegal passing of a school bus reported in the 200 block of Portal Drive. A caller told police the suspect also made threatening remarks.
Aug. 31, 7:19 p.m. -- Missing juvenile reported in the 100 block of Pearl Street. The juvenile was located a short time later.
Aug. 30, 3:38 p.m. -- Wires down reported in the 100 block of North Mecca Street.
2:00 a.m. -- Suspicious vehicle reported in the 100 block of Willow Street. Police found two juveniles in the vehicle and advised their parents of curfew and park hours.
Aug. 29, 6:38 p.m. -- Disturbance reported in the 200 block of North High Street.
10:09 a.m. -- Cortland police assisted the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office with an incident that began in Johnston.
9:40 a.m. -- Cortland police assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a crash on state Route 11. One person was taken by helicopter to a hospital.
Aug. 28, 11:38 p.m. -- Suspicious man reported at a business in the 100 block of East Main Street.
7:56 p.m. -- Black smoke from a burn pit reported in the 200 block of Rosewae Avenue.
7:29 p.m. -- Private property crash reported at a business in the 600 block of South High Street.
7:08 p.m. -- Unruly juvenile reported in the 200 block of Gates Street.
9:23 p.m. -- Large bonfire reported in the area of South Colonial Drive and Maple Avenue.
