Feb. 12, 11:43 p.m. -- Albert Miller, 19, of Wilcox Road, Daniel Miller, 19, of North Girdle Road, and David Miller, 22, of North Girdle Road, all arrested on Wilcox Road in Mesopotamia Township on charges of obstruction of official business. David Miller also faces a resisting arrest charge.
