Dec. 3, 3:54 p.m. -- Theft reported in the 3100 block of Kinsman Road, Mesopotamia.
Dec. 2, 11:49 p.m. -- Burglary reported in the 8000 block of state Route 7, Kinsman. Ryan Hamlin, 35, of Rustic Run, Warren, was arrested on charges of burglary, obstruction official business and resisting arrest.
6:45 p.m. -- Theft, recovering stolen property, i.e. a four-wheeler, reported from the 5100 block of state Route 45, Bristolville. Nicholas D. Gibson, 31, of Hoagland Blackstub Road in Bazetta, was arrested on a warrant from Central District Court and a parole violation.
5:44 p.m. -- Raymond J. Welz Jr., 38, of West Farmington, was arrested in the 6300 block of state Route 45 in Bristolville on charges of obstruction of official business, resisting arrest and a warrants from Trumbull County Common Pleas and Newton Falls Municipal courts.
