NORTH BLOOMFIELD — The Bloomfield-Mespo Local School District showed significant growth on the 2025-26 state report card, earning the largest year-to-year improvement in overall rating among Trumbull County school districts. The district’s overall rating increased from 2.5 stars in 2024-25 to 4 stars in 2025-26.
