Prospect School in Girard hosted a Family Literacy Night Wednesday that featured the Robocats robotics team, Girard firefighters and police officers, a NASA representative and Mark Pringle, who talked to the attendees about China. It also featured STEAM activities and a cutout of the late Dolly Parton that people could take their pictures next to. Sam Fisher, 9, of Girard, works on a scavenger hunt activity at the event.
