Stacy Barrackman of Southington with her dog Sonny, a shepherd/husky mix, both dressed as 1950s greasers, spend time with Teresa Rozich of Warren with her dog Indy, a labrador, both dressed as witches, at the Howl-O-Ween celebration Sunday at Mosquito Lake State Park. The event was hosted by the Friends of the Mosquito Lake Dog Park and gave dog owners the chance to dress their dogs and cats in all kinds of costumes.
