YOUNGSTOWN — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has captured fugitive Jessica Dothard. She was wanted by the Youngstown Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service on an aggravated burglary charge.
Dothard, 32, has been known to frequent the Youngstown, Akron and Cleveland areas.
