WHAT: Board of education meeting Wednesday
PRESENT: Donna Shields, Jessica Krumpak, Michael Morris, Nick Gallo and Kristina Merola
The board:
• Approved a two-year administrative contract for Wilma Sylak as transportation supervisor for 181 days effective Aug. 1 to July 31, 2028. She will be paid $16,000 for 2026-27 year and $16,485 for the 2027-28 year. Sylak handles bus routes and day-to-day operations of the school buses that transport elementary school students
• Approved Krumpak as delegate and Merola as alternate to the Ohio School Boards Association conference in November.
