HOWLAND -- Motorists traversing a portion of Mines Road should expect delays next week -- but not for long.
Trumbull County Engineer David DeChristofaro announced the resurfacing of the road in a news release Thursday, which will affect Mines from state Route 46 to Stillwagon Road beginning Monday.
The project is anticipated to be completed the week of Aug. 31, and there will be lane restrictions to perform milling, partial depth pavement repairs and resurfacing of the immediate and surface courses of asphalt, followed by pavement markings.
Motorists should anticipate traffic delays and plan accordingly, DeChristofaro said.
