BAZETTA TOWNSHIP -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a rollover crash at the intersection of state Route 305 and Durst Clagg Road in Bazetta Township on Tuesday night that resulted in two ambulances taking people from the scene to the hospital.

The crash occurred at 7:18 p.m. and resulted in a vehicle rolling over and at least one person being entrapped in the vehicle, according to the state patrol and the Trumbull County 911 Center.

Officials could not say how badly injured the victims were or how many. But the state patrol said it involved two vehicles. A photo from the scene shows a red car on its side on Durst Clagg Road just off of Route 305 and a silver car nearby on Route 305 with apparent front-end damage.

A patrol dispatcher said a citation was written as a result of the crash, but details on that were not available.
