WHAT: Commissioners regular meeting Wednesday

PRESENT: Tony Bernard, Rick Hernandez and Denny Malloy

The commissioners:

• Awarded Diversified Companies LLC of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for the printing of tax bills for the Trumbull County Treasurer in the amount of $15,169.94.

• Authorized the TAG Law Enforcement Drug Task Force to accept an annual subgrant award in the amount of $15,000.

• Authorized the commissioners to execute the subgrant award agreement in the amount of $119,503.21 for the TAG Law Enforcement Drug Taskforce,

• Approved Neighborhood Development Inc. of Ravenna to do professional inspection services associated with the 2026 Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) program.

• Approved giving A.P. O’Horo Company of Youngstown a notice to proceed for the Golden Triangle Infrastructure Improvement contract C. The work is to be done for the Warren City Paige and Dana Street Realignment Project awarded in April.

• Approved the sale of a 1993 Ford sewer/vac truck to Warren Township in the amount of $5,550.

• Provided a letter of support for the Regional Transportation Improvement Project legislation that will enable each of the four counties in the Lake to River region to enter into a cooperative agreement to leverage state Route 11 logistics and future gas pipeline corridors to stimulate economic development.
