Several roads will be closed in downtown Warren for the Trumbull County African American Heritage Festival, which runs 11 a.m. today through 9 p.m. Sunday at Courthouse Square.
Streets to be closed during the festival are Market Street to Mahoning Avenue, Mahoning Avenue to High Street, High Street to North Park Avenue.
North Park Avenue will be open to traffic.
