Police seek help in finding missing man
The Youngstown Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Angel L. Ortiz, who has been missing since Feb. 14.
YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Angel L. Ortiz, who has been missing since Feb. 14.
He was reported missing by his family, having last spoken with hs family by phone Feb. 14 and expressing he may be in some type of trouble, according to a Youngstown police press release.
His phone is now off, and no one has seen or heard from him since Feb. 14. His family is very concerned for his safety, the release states.
He may be with his girlfriend, Anita Pagan, the release states. Their last known whereabouts were somewhere on the east side of Youngstown.
