WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury returned 30 indictments Wednesday, three of which were secret or sealed, and two that were sent back to lower courts because the charges are misdemeanors.

The cases will go before a Trumbull County Common Pleas judge over the coming weeks:

• Brandon Kniceley, 26, of Front Street SW, having weapons while under disability.

• Jimmie Lee Shuman Jr., 52, of Leavittsburg, tampering with coin machines.

• Daniel J. Pickens, 35, of North Avenue, Girard, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and tampering with evidence.

• David J. Helmetzi, 49, of Hager Street, Hubbard, theft.

• Jeffrey T. Ellens, 40, of Milton Street SE, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and OVI.

• Christopher P. Moore, 48, of Roosevelt Street NW, Warren, possession of cocaine and OVI.

• Jonathon B. Abbuhl, 38, of Cedar Drive, Cortland, two counts OVI with specifications for vehicle forfeiture.

• Kaitlynn M. Rohr, 36, of Hyde Oakfield Road, Bristolville, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

• Deandre Ware, 38, of Kenilworth Avenue NE, aggravated trespass and assault.

• Tiffany M. Reese, 34, of West Market Street, Warren, possession of cocaine and criminal trespass.

• Rae’Kwon Rodgers, 28, of Southwest Boulevard, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Christopher A. Williams, 27, of Porter Street NE, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

• Anthony P. Mazi, 31, of Woodland Trail, Cortland, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and OVI.

• Rafael S. Rivera, 37, of Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

• Dineris B. Rivera, 36, of Robinson Road, Campbell, receiving stolen property.

• Robert F. Jordan III, 61, of Dodge Drive NW, possession of cocaine.

• Jonattan S. Martinez, 41, of North Garland Avenue, Youngstown, two counts burglary and grand theft.

• Cain A. Stolecki, 21, of Akron, grand theft of a motor vehicle

• Ryan E. Cassel, 30, of Wallace Street SE, 22 counts, pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor, two counts pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor

• Justin L. Fry-Starrett, 32, of Laurel Street, Youngstown, domestic violence and failure to comply with order / signal of police officer.

• Christopher Winter, 36, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, two counts aggravated theft and telecommunications fraud.

• Bobbie Jo Darhower, 47, of Lodwick Drive NW, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Brandon Norman, 42, of Market Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Osie Jackson, 20, of Detroit, Mich., three counts breaking and entering, vandalism, aggravated theft and three counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle

• Dennis T. Smith III, 26, of Detroit, three counts, breaking and entering, vandalism, aggravated theft, three counts, grand theft of a motor vehicle.
