NILES — A Trumbull County grand jury indicted a 75-year-old man on multiple charges of rape and gross sexual imposition involving a minor female victim, according to a report released Wednesday.

The alleged crimes spanned from 2017 to May 2025, with the victim aged between 5 and 12 years old during that period.

The indictment charges Danny M. McFadden of Difford Drive, Niles, with 17 counts of rape, a first-degree felony; eight counts of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony; and one count of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

Specific details of the alleged crimes were not included in the indictment. Court records do not yet indicate an arraignment date for McFadden.
