WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury on Thursday indicted 37 individuals, with one indictment remaining secret or sealed.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

• James Harper, 45, Parkman Road NW, eight counts illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performances and 15 counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

• Tommy Pennington III, 30, Third Street SW, Warren, escape, vandalism, and assault.

• Chad M. Ohl, 45, Messerly Road, Canfield, domestic violence.

• Marcus J. Bender, 42, Dana Street NE, Warren, possession of cocaine.

• Markell T. Russell, 29, Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, failure to comply with order / signal of police officer.

• Michael A. Noble, 18, Harvard Drive SE, Warren, aggravated burglary and felonious assault.

• Antonio T. Torres, 20, Tracey Lane, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

• William J. McKee Jr., 30, Commerce NW, Warren, domestic violence.

• Delsean R. Jackson, 37, Palmyra Road SW, Warren, two counts failure to comply with order / signal of police officer.

• Dion Hackett, 35, Farmington Hill, Michigan, aggravated possession of drugs, endangering children and OVI.

• Tosca S. Owens, 66, Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, counterfeiting and passing bad checks.

• Anthony L. Jones, 65, Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, two counts counterfeiting, two counts passing bad checks and attempted grand theft.

• Douglas Bressler Jr., 20, Fremont, Calif., aggravated vehicular assault and two counts OVI.

• Alaunte S. Rhodes, 27, West Princeton Street, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and aggravated possession of drugs.

• Kevin S. Washington, 21, Ravine Road, Youngstown, failure to comply with order / signal of police officer.

• Joseph W. Woomer, 42, Buckeye Street NW, Warren, two counts aggravated possession of drugs and two counts possession of drugs.

• Demetris Fisher, 18, Lynwood Drive NW, Warren, failure to comply with order / signal of police officer and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• La’Britany Campbell, 31, South Feederle Drive SE, Warren, burglary.

• Larry J. Bumbico Jr., 43, Adelaide Avenue, Warren, having weapons while under disability with forfeiture specification and aggravated possession of drugs.

• Dylan Rose, 42, Arms Boulevard, Niles, two counts OVI with vehicle forfeiture specification.

• Aukeem Williams, 40, Blakeley Circle, Warren, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer and grand theft.

• Andre L. Furlow Jr., 23, Swallow Street SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Michael D. Cain, 53, Mahoning Avenue, Warren, 15 counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

• Adrian A. Perry, 29, Bonnie Brae NE, Warren, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer.

• Nicolas D. Hayes, 19, Edmond Street, Masury, assault and harassment with a bodily substance.

• Norie A. Holley, 44, State Route 7, Kinsman, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

• Nikeisha L. Pruitt, 41, Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs, or other prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility and possession of cocaine.

• Terrance McCormick, 22, Akron, domestic violence.

• Robert Elias, 43, Edgewater Drive, Youngstown, robbery.

The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:

• Joshua S. Jaskolka, 33, Ridge Road, Newton Falls, domestic violence.

• Dillon E. Gallagher, 26, West Market Street, Kinsman, two counts OVI.

• Tyler M. Khan, 32, Niles Cortland Road, Warren, two counts aggravated menacing.

• Ryan J. Gregory, 33, Signature Drive, Youngstown, sexual imposition and public indecency.

• Joseph W. Hepstall, 44, Pine Hill, Alabama, criminal trespass.

• Trivonne L. Scott, 28, Market Street, Youngstown, two counts attempted breaking and entering.

• Richard E. Ansel, 45, Niles Cortland Road SE, Warren, domestic violence.
