WARREN — The Trumbull County grand jury handed up 45 felony indictments, including five cases that remain sealed.

Arraignments for the felony cases will be scheduled within the next two weeks in one of the four Trumbull County Common Pleas courtrooms. The five secret indictments will be unsealed once the suspects are arrested.

• Delontae Flemings, Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, Lucasville, two counts of felonious assault and assault (direct presentment).

• Ralph Graves, Ohio State Penitentiary, Youngstown, assault (direct presentment).

• Steven Robinson, Correctional Reception Center, Orient, Ohio, felonious assault and assault (direct presentment).

• Joseph Sosoka,Toledo Correctional Institution, Toledo, two counts of harassment with a bodily substance (direct presentment).

• Eddie Hernandez Jr., 61, Catherine Street, Liberty, grand theft.

• Melanie J. Austin, 59, Griffith Street, Youngstown, theft.

• Ray Lloyd Rowlands, 32, Ann Avenue, Niles, felonious assault.

• Jared Kimble, 34, Martins Ferry, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence and driving under suspension.

• Nazzarion Battee-Diggs, 25, Churchill-Hubbard Road, Liberty, having weapons while under disability with a forfeiture specification and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Elijah K. Balas, 19, Beal Street NW, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and aggravated possession of drugs.

• Terry M. Applebery, 31, South Street SE, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

• David B. Campana, 31, Ravenwood Drive, Warren, two counts of domestic violence.

• Jason T. Carter Sr., 28, Fifth Street SW, Warren, having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Lloyd I. Paynter, 47, Mosier Road, Girard, tampering with evidence and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

• Benjamin A. Male, 26, Feederle SE, Warren, charged with illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and aggravated possession of drugs.

• Deontae Breckenridge, 29, of Northfield Avenue NW, Warren, possession of cocaine and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both with a forfeiture specification.
