WHAT: Trumbull County Educational Service Center May meeting

The board:
•Adopted a new salary schedule for administrators and coordinators. Treasurer Stacy Foster said 24 administrators and coordinators will receive a one-time pay adjustment between 1% and 3.5% based on each employee's years of service and educational step level.
•Accepted the retirements of Carlotta Sheets, human resources supervisor, effective Aug. 1, and Nancy Paddock, physical therapist, effective July 31.
•Approved Teresa Parker as a special education supervisor on an as-needed basis for Bloomfield-Mespo schools effective Sept. 1, and Marilyn Fredenburg as preschool supervisor on a 216-day contract effective Aug. 1.
•Approved an agreement with Easterseals to provide services for hearing-impaired classrooms.
•Approved seeking requests for proposals for the building security systems project. The project is to update the security hardware and software at the central office.
•Approved an agreement with the Trumbull County Court to provide a social worker liaison.
•Approved an agreement with Ashtabula County Educational Service Center for audiology services.
•Entered into an agreement with On Demand for bus driver physicals.
•Approved an agreement with Gaggle Therapy for mental health services through May 2025 that will be paid for through a grant.
