The Board:
• Approved the Lordstown athletics emergency action plan, which covers what steps need to be taken if an issue happens at a sporting event when a team is on a trip, and how to report an emergency.
• Hired Adrienne Nichols as a high school intervention specialist.
• Accepted resignation of Emily Metheny as high school intervention specialist.
• Accepted national standards policies for the cafeteria, which is currently going through a review.
• Approved teacher Mindy Moyers as kindergarten Jump Start summer program instructor.
• Approved Nick Allen for the Drone Racing League through the Trumbull County Educational Service Center.
• Approved Colette Kovach as elementary reading tutor for 20 hours per week at $23.75 per hour.
