WARREN -- A Trumbull County grand jury report released Thursday contained 33 indictments, one sealed.
Scheduled to be arraigned within two weeks are:
• Patricia Johnson, 63, Kings Drive, Newton Township, four counts prohibitions concerning companion animals.
• Tiffany D. Bolen, 42, of Alliance, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Marcus A. Dill, 42, East Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Brett E. Budd, 40, McCleary Jacoby Road, Cortland, two counts felonious assault with firearm specification, discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises with firearm specification and using weapons while intoxicated.
l Ryan S. Morris, 39, Federal Street NW, Warren, two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with vehicle forfeiture and possession of cocaine.
• Austin J. Trgovcich, 30, Eagle Trace, Boardman, aggravated possession of drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and two counts possession of drugs.
• Deljuan D. Patterson, 27, Belmont Avenue NE, Warren, possession of cocaine.
• Cody A. Wilson, 33, West High Street, Lisbon, receiving stolen property.
• Cheyanne S. Brumley, 24, Newton Falls Portage Road, Newton Falls, three counts menacing by stalking, tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, four counts violating a protection order and three counts telecommunications harassment.
• Robert D. Paxton, 42, Turner Road, Leavittsburg, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound.
• Joseph Wheeler Jr., 32, Meadowbrook Drive, Leavittsburg, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
• Kalil Logan, 36, Fourth Street SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound.
• Mathew Gearin, 27, Forest Street, Warren, having weapons while under disability and carrying concealed weapons.
• Rebecca Martinez Reed, 56, Woodbine Avenue SE, Warren, theft.
• Robert Trammell, 38, Holly Drive, Girard, kidnapping, abduction, tampering with evidence, two counts strangulation, disrupting public services and assault.
• Jason D. Albaugh, 22, Huntington Drive NW, Warren, two counts burglary.
• Elliot Calfee, 40, Oak Forest Drive, Niles, robbery, assault and resisting arrest.
• Jason Z. Hannold, 29, of Meadville, Pennsylvania, theft, aggravated possession of drugs, misdemeanor theft and possession of drugs.
• Brian D. Atkins Jr., 28, Milton Street SE, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
• Paul D. Harris, 33, Lovers Lane, Warren, domestic violence.
• Jeremy A. Westfall, 39, Bonnie Brae Avenue, Vienna, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of drugs.
• Anthony Rice, 29, East Myrtle Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
• Brian J. James Jr., 22, Himrod Avenue, Youngstown, two counts failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
• David C. Irvin, 44, Mary Lane, Mineral Ridge, possession of fentanyl
-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs.
• Devon P. Farley, 19, Fifth Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine.
• Chris Daniel Gregg Fox, 31, Buckeye Street NW, Warren, five counts rape.
The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:
• Josiah C. Wilburn, 24, Hanley Avenue, Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons.
• Timothy J. Stigerwalt, 51, Jamestown, Pennsylvania,domestic violence.
• Terrance P. Minor, 26, of Euclid, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
• Tatum, 33, Belmont Avenue NW, Warren, two counts endangering children.
• Nathan K. Sponseller, 44, Hyde Shaffer Road, Bristol, two counts receiving stolen property.
• Chad E. Holbrook, 47, North Chestnut Avenue, Niles, aggravated trespass.
The grand jury chose to not indict the following cases:
• Jalynda Owens, 46, Niles Cortland Road, Niles, tampering with evidence and obstructing justice.
• Mark P. Eicheldinger, 62, Colonial Drive, Liberty, two counts possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Curtis L. Redd Jr., 37, Kenilworth SE, Warren, kidnapping and strangulation.
• Ashlee M. Morse, 38, of Toledo, two counts theft.
• Sarah Prater, 37, Main Avenue SW, Warren, receiving stolen property.
• Timothy Bourgoin, 47, Lake Shore Terrace, Warren, burglary.
• Jason D. Moffatt, 37, Mahoning Avenue NW, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound.
• Kyren D. Martin, 25, Birchwood Avenue NE, Warren, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tiffany D. Bolen, obstructing official business.
• Josiah C. Wilburn, receiving stolen property, carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Timothy J. Stigerwalt, strangulation.
• Austin J. Trgovcich, possession of drugs and speed.
• Deljuan D. Patterson, two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs.
