HOWLAND -- The right lane of the westbound portion of East Market Street in Howland between Shaffer Drive and Clifton Avenue will be closed through Wednesday for an emergency culvert repair, according to the Trumbull County Engineer's Office.
Traffic will be maintained in both directions at all times, but delays are expected.
