WARREN -- No injuries were reported after city police responded to multiple calls for gunshots Sunday morning.
According to police, the first was reported around 3:35 a.m. in the area of Parkman Road NW and Drexel Avenue NW. There also were reports of more gunshots on Bradford Street NW.
A Bradford Street NW resident told police he saw a small dark SUV and a large silver SUV with a male in a white hooded sweatshirt leaning out the window of the latter and shooting near the dead end of the street, a police report states.
Police collected 11 spent shell casings from the road on Bradford Street NW, the report states.
While investigating on Bradford Street, police say they heard multiple rapid fire shots rang out in the distance sending police to the 200 block of Maryland Street NW. But officers say no shell casings were located.
Around 11:45 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of Second Street SW after more shots were heard. Police say they found 29 shell casings in front of two homes from two firearms, the report states.
