Council:
• Announced it is applying for a Natureworks grant to put restrooms in Waugh Park.
• Announced an electronics recycling drive 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 8 at city hall.
• Discussed the reopening of St. Patrick Church, which happened Sunday.
• Approved a motion to rename a bridge on U.S. Route 62 as Hubbard's First Responders Bridge.
• Approved a motion to rename East Park Avenue Bridge as the World War I and World War II Veterans Memorial Bridge.
