Grand jury indicts 35 in its latest report

WARREN -- A Trumbull County grand jury on Thursday returned 35 indictments.

These listed felony cases will be arraigned within two weeks in one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas courtrooms.

• Lindsay Placer, 32, Ridge Road, Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Curtis Turner, 29, Cedar Street, Newton Falls, possession of cocaine.

• Michael Infante, 42, Rustic Run Road, Warren, domestic violence.

• Alicia C. Pierce, 38, Tyrell Avenue, Youngstown, theft.

• Mathew S. Page, 31, Ridge Road, Newton Falls, two counts of assault, domestic violence, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

• Samuel X. Perez, 22, Ferndale Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest.

• April M. Richter, 39, Palmyra Road SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Alonzo D. Kirksey, 46, Idylwild Street NE, Warren, harassment with a bodily substance.

• Mark H. Mills Jr., 22, Weir Road, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Joshua D. Garcia, 37, Mount Vernon Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Adrian A.Perry, 28, Belvedere SE, Warren, two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

• Jordan A. Major, 28, West State Street, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Keith L. Foster, 23, South Jackson Street, Youngstown, receiving stolen property, carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Anthony D. Rice, 29, Kings Drive SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and domestic violence.

• Edward H. Moyer, 30, Northlawn Drive, Youngstown, felonious assault.

• Alicia Budreaux, 32, Kings Drive SW, Newton Township, one felony count of endangering children and four misdemeanor counts of endangering children.

• Wayne Roper Jr., 32, Aspen Drive NW, Warren, domestic violence and strangulation.

• Allyson Long, 26, Warren Avenue, Niles, two counts of strangulation and one count of abduction.

• Kaitlyn E. Davis, 32, Glenwood Avenue NE, possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Joseph A. Prezioso, 34, Hazelwood Avenue SE, Warren, possession of cocaine.

• Ashley Whittaker, 29, Baldwin Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Alison D. Peterson, 20, Glenvalley Drive, Middlefield, possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Patrick D. Johnson, 33, Kings Drive SW, Newton Township, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, felony endangering children and four counts of misdemeanor endangering children.

• Eelijah Balas, 18, Masters Road, Leavittsburg, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Erica L. Goeden, 35, Beechwood Avenue, Warren, two counts aggravated possession of drugs and one count possession of fentanyl-related compound.

• Heath Cline, 34, North Dunlap Avenue, Youngstown, breaking and entering, and possessing criminal tools.

• Jordan Major, 28, West State Street, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs.

The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to lower courts:

• Christian B. Corsale, 20, Washington Avenue, Girard, assault.

• Isiah D. Boyd, 31, Seventh Street SW, Warren, assault.

• Derek L. Marshall, 51, Hillcrest Avenue, Girard,, aggravated menacing and assault.

• Daniel P. Good, 32, East Liberty Street, Hubbard, resisting arrest and two counts aggravated menacing.

• Thomas D. Brown, 26, Edgehill Avenue SE, Warren, assault.

• Lori Ann Hippely, 59, Warren-Ravenna Road, Newton Falls, domestic violence.

• Cierra Hawn, 24, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Kyle LaRosa, 21, Bonnie Brae Avenue SE, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

The following cases were no billed, meaning the grand jury chose not to indict the individuals:

• Amberdee D. Hancock, theft.

• Placer, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of specified governmental facility.

• Billy Jo Troy, rape.

• Gary L. Arnio , domestic violence.

• Corsale, felonious assault.

• Boyd, domestic violence.

• Alexander A. Otero, domestic violence.

• Derek L. Marshall, felonious assault.

• Page, criminal damaging or endangering and disorderly conduct.

• Good , terroristic threat, assault and two counts aggravated menacing.

• Thomas D. Brown, felonious assault.

• Kirksey, two counts menacing.

• Shawn J. Graham, having weapons while under disability.

• Perry, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs and having weapons while under disability.

• Foster, having weapons while under disability.

• Hippely, felonious assault.

• Rice, domestic violence.

• Budreaux, aggravated burglary and complicity to aggravated robbery.

• Hawn, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• LaRosa, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
