WHAT: Village council meeting Wednesday

PRESENT: Julie Stimpert, Kevin Rufener and Patricia Benetis

ABSENT: John Baryak

Council:

•   Rescheduled the next meeting to 6 p.m. Dec. 19. Because of only three council members being at the Wednesday meeting, several ordinances were postponed to the Dec. 19 meeting.

•   Were informed by Manager Pam Priddy that a proclamation has been presented to Newton Falls Junior High School students who volunteered their time to hand paint wood ornaments for the village Christmas tree. Students were Austynn Drake, Bella Capasso, Caleb Klitz, Lilja Costait, Carter Drake, Aleigha Lade, Judge Fields and Leah Saithas.
