WARREN -- A sex offender pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a charge of failure to notify, a fourth-degree felony.
Matthew Guthrie, 35, is being held in the Trumbull County Jail on $5,000 bond, set by Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean J. O'Brien. Guthrie is due back in court Nov. 9.
Guthrie had listed an address on Amy Boyle Road NE in Brookfield but was found by the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office to be staying at a home in Hermitage, Pa., with his girlfriend and her children.
