The blighted three-story structure located at the corner of state Routes 45 and 88 previously was used as a bar and hotel with seven rooms. It has been vacant for many years. Trustees entered into a $22,000 contract with Aster Oilfield to demolish the structure. After the work is done, the property will be seeded and the property will be made available for purchase, officials have said.
