WHAT: Township trustees meeting Aug. 28
PRESENT: Pete Augusta, John Nemet and Doreen Lutz
Trustees:
• Will open bids for the Scott Street sewer project on Oct. 19. Augusta said the project is being handled by the village, which has received funding from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's Water Pollution Control Loan Fund for the sewer improvements. The project will give sewer access to more than 100 households. Thomas Fok and Associates has designed the project, and permits have been obtained for it. The residents on Scott Street receive village water and electric service;
• Announced the pre-construction meeting for paving of Grand Boulevard this fall will be this week;
• Announced fall cleanup will be Sept. 23. No tires will be collected.
