Sereday's of Masury is razing the former Wean Building along North Park Avenue in downtown Warren. Rich Sereday Jr. was operating the excavator on Monday. The former world headquarters for Wean's engineering operations was acquired by Trumbull County in 1995 for approximately $995,000 and was supposed to be used for county offices, but the plan never materialized.
