WARREN -- A Bristol man is named in an 11-count Trumbull County grand jury indictment, alleging rape and child porn-related activity.
Addison Fasula, 37, is in Trumbull County jail facing charges of attempted rape with a sexually violent predator specification, gross sexual imposition, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
Fasula will appear for a pretrial hearing in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on Sept.13.
The indictment states the alleged crimes took place between June 2022 and August 2023.
Lake County Common Pleas Court records show Fasula was convicted of two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, and one count of failure to notify change of address and registration of new address.
He was sentenced to 11 months in Noble Correctional facility in Ashtabula County.
At the time, Fasula already was a tier 1 sex offender stemming from a 2013 conviction for voyeurism, court records state.
