Berk Enterprises Inc. donated school supplies to Warren City Schools and Girard City Schools on Monday morning. The company also donated school supplies to Jackson, Miss., schools and Potential Development, which is a school for students on the autism spectrum in Youngstown.
The school supplies were collected over the past two weeks at Berk Enterprises in Warren and Past Times Arcade in Girard. This was the second year for the collection, and the two companies collected 17,256 items, which was nearly six times the 3,000 items collected last year.
