WARREN -- Forty-two people were indicted Thursday by a Trumbull County grand jury.
Included in the list was one secret indictment and three direct presentments.
Arraignments will be scheduled among the four Common Pleas judges' criminal dockets within the next two weeks.
The following were charged with felonies:
• Cathy Sue Ellis, 76, of Marengo, Ohio, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified governmental facility;
• Brandon Mitchell, 36,Youngstown Road SE, escape;
• Carl Anthony Spencer, 32, c/o Toledo Correctional Institution, felonious assault with repeat violent offender specification;
• Anthony W. Kaczmark Jr., 21, Wedgewood Drive, Austintown, harassment with a bodily substance
• Eddie Bryant Jr., 20, Jackson Street, Youngsown, aggravated menacing and two counts of endangering children;
• Dewaylon A. Clark, 36, Columbia, Tenn., improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons, both with a forfeiture specification, using weapons while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• Dennis J. Sklenchar Jr., 29, Wolosyn Circle, Poland, tampering with evidence, having weapons while under disability and carrying concealed weapons;
• Tanay'Jah M. Clay, 21, Hillman Street, Youngstown, two counts of possession of fentanyl-related compound, two counts of possession of cocaine and endangering children;
• Asa J. Bush, 36, Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
• Braylon D. Howell, 28, Bonnie Brae Avenue, possession of cocaine and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• Gerardo J. Sanchez, 32, Syracuse, N.Y., theft;
• Jonathan J. McFall, 30, Pawnee Street SW, escape;
• Austin M. Applequist, 27, Housel Craft Road, Bristol, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
• Kenyon S. McGriff, 27, Linda Drive NW, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine, all with a forfeiture specification;
• Brett L. Hemberger, 41, Garrettsville, aggravated possession of drugs, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, receiving stolen property, carrying concealed weapons and having weapons while under disability, both with a forfeiture specification, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, two counts of receiving stolen property, resisting arrest and falsification;
• Robjavon M. Brogdon, 35, Oak Street, possession of cocaine;
• David J. Martin, 40, Wood Avenue, receiving stolen property;
• Derrick Wayne Hooper, 41, Greenville Road, Cortland, aggravated possession of drugs;
• Donell M. McDonald, 55, Boston Avenue, grand theft;
• Maurice Roebuck, 35, Roberts Avenue NW, aggravated meancing;
• Anthony D. Oliver, 27, Lincoln Avenue, domestic violence and strangulation;
• Torian J. Bonner, 26, Royal Mall Drive, Niles, having weapons while under disability;
• Vanity Jones, 30, Senecca Street, felonious assault with firearm specification;
