WARREN -- The Warren Board of Education has approved a three-year agreement with the school district's Warren Secretarial Association.
Treasurer Karen Sciortino said the 42 secretaries and clerical staff of various departments represented by the association will receive 4.89 percent pay increase the first year and 3 percent pay increases in the second and third years.
The contract is effective June 2023 to June 2026.
Sciortino said the pay increases will cost the district $311,000 over three years.
She said pay scale range from $12.44 per hour to $29.03 per hour based on years of service and position.
