WARREN -- Detectives are investigating a report of a 2-year-old boy being brought to a hospital after ingesting narcotics.
A police report on Monday stated detectives were alerted to the incident by personnel at Akron Children's Hospital in Boardman after the boy was brought there unconscious. The boy had taken the drugs sometime last Friday, the report stated, at a home on Third Street SW in Warren. The boy's parents were interviewed and the investigation is continuing, the report states.
No updated condition of the boy was given.
