WHAT: Trumbull Career and Technical Center board meeting Thursday

The board:

• Approved Daniel Koeller as adult education motorcycle instructor at $27 per hour;

• Approved instructor Kris Doran on a supplemental contract as adult education digital marketing and public relations specialist through June 2023 at $2,500. The work will be done after school hours;

• Approved Samuel Stephens on a supplemental contract as adult education interim office, accounting and IT coordinator through Dec. 31 at $1,800;

• Approved the Business Professionals of America overnight field trip to state competition March 8 to 10 at Columbus Convention Center;

• Heard from Jerry Gorgie, supervisor of facilities, that the center’s food service department met all state standards and the cafeteria passed all health inspections. He said 301 students are on the free lunch program and 39 are on the reduced lunch program.
