WARREN — A Girard man was indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury Thursday on 10 counts dealing with sexual offenses against two boys to whom police said he was giving gifts.

Jack Ryan Zeigler, 23, of Avon Avenue, was charged with three counts of rape that each carry potential life sentences; four counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, two counts compelling prostitution and one count gross sexual imposition.

Court records show Zeigler is scheduled to be arraigned before common pleas court Judge Ronald J. Rice on Sept. 22. Zeigler, who posted 10 percent of a $100,000 bond on Aug. 30, remains on electronically monitored house arrest, according to court records.

Police said the offenses were reported by a parent in late July and had been happening over two years. The alleged gifts included gift cards and other items, reports state.

Ziegler was one of 32 cases indicted by the grand jury. Included were six sealed indictments.

• Allen M. Grossbeck, 32, in care of Trumbull County jail, arson;

• David A. Haught, 28, 558 Indiana Ave., Niles, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Gregory A. Dominic Jr., 37, 1770 Ohltown-McDonald Road, Niles, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Tod M. Six, 49, 1630 Bonnie Brae Ave., Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine;

• Cruz B. Torres, 39, in care of Trumbull County jail, two counts burglary and possession of cocaine.

The following cases were not indicted or no-billed by grand jury:
