WARREN -- Several hundred customers on the northeast side of Warren still were without internet, TV and phone service Sunday evening -- more than 24 hours after high winds knocked down a tree and power lines along Willard Avenue NE.
The tree came down around 7 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Woodland Street, knocking out power to approximately 1,500 customers. Ohio Edison's website shows power has been restored to all those affected, but Spectrum still has not restored cable and phone service to the area.
No one from Spectrum could be reached for an estimated repair, but the company's website shows approximately 500 homes are affected by the cable outage.
