Trustees:
• Promoted firefighters Chuck Wise and Ralph McMahan to the rank of lieutenant;
• Approved adding two lights to the Potters Circle lighting district at a cost of $6,368 to install and $13 per month per light to operate with Ohio Edison, and added a cost of $89.25 per parcel per year in the lighting district to pay for the lights.
