WARREN -- After reports of gunshots 12:07 a.m. Monday on Lovers Lane, police recovered a handgun laser light and several 9 mm shell casings and rounds, according to a police report.
A caller told police he / she saw a dark vehicle in the area when the shots were fired. Police found no victims or witnesses and could not locate a vehicle matching the description. Police logged the evidence.
