BAZETTA -- Township trustees at their meeting this week accepted the resignation of Fiscal Officer Cynthia Chapman, who is stepping down for personal reasons.
Trustee Chairman Ted Webb said Chapman, who replaced Jean Eddy in January 2020, has a full-time job at Taylor Steel.
In 2020, Chapman was selected from four applicants who sought the position and holds an accounting background. Webb said trustees will address how to fill the position soon in handling township finances.
