Spring has officially arrived and so has the prime time to market your home.
Traditionally spring is the beginning of one of the best times to market your home. With more hours of daylight and warmer temperatures (hopefully the warmer temps will be here soon), prospective buyers seem to gravitate toward open houses and schedule private tours of available homes. More daylight, more warm temps and low interest rates create a climate for a rebound in home sales in 2020.
Sellers, now is the time for listing your home with a Realtor. Spring clean the interior of your home and throw away the unsightly clutter that detracts from that "first appearance" awe experience from future purchasers.
Spring cleaning is not just for your home's interior but for the exterior, too. Pick up trash and fallen limbs and twigs and prepare the mulch beds for flowers. As I have said in previous articles, now is the time to interview and choose a Realtor to assist you in the marketing and sale of your home. A Realtor can assist you with ideas and concepts to tweak your home for a better sale price and for a reduction in marketing time.
Sellers, listing inventories are low at this current time. Hopefully this will drive sale prices in an upward mode. In short: clean, throw away, primp, paint, freshen up, consult a Realtor for tips, consult a Realtor for a marketing plan, consult a Realtor for pricing and list your home with a Realtor for maximum exposure to potential buyers. Get started today with a phone call or email to a local Realtor as soon as possible. Happy selling and marketing everyone.
Remember, when it's time to sell or buy a new home, contact a Realtor with the Warren Area Board of Realtors. They are the experts and can help you through the real estate process.
