WARREN -- A 21-year-old Solar Lane resident was dropped off at St. Joseph Warren Hospital at 3:20 a.m. Sunday with a gunshot wound.
Del'Reno R. Armstrong, 21, 3027 Solar Lane NW, was in stable condition when he was sent to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, a report states.
When officers arrived at the Warren hospital, they saw a 2019 Ford with several bullet holes in it, according to a police report. Police are investigating.
