WARREN — Matthew L. Scott, 23, of Newton Place, Newton Falls, was indicted Wednesday on four rape counts.

He is ac-cused of raping a woman multiple times May 19 under the ground-level patio at Faces Lounge on West Broad Street in the village. The woman was impaired, the indictment alleges.

A Trumbull County grand jury also indicted 56 other people, including two secret indictments that will be unsealed when the indicted parties are arrested.

• Michael C. Merdich, 58, North Osborne Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated menacing, misuse of credit cards. Remanded to Girard Municipal Court.

• Rodney J. Sitko, 42, Price Road, Rome, or Trumbull County jail, two counts operating a motor vehicle impaired. (Remanded to Newton Falls Municipal Court);
