NILES -- The Trumbull County Coroner's office has ruled Jennifer Williams' death was caused by a single gunshot wound to her abdomen and her husband, Joseph, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Jennifer Williams' death was ruled a homicide.
The couple died shortly before noon Monday in their home at 541 Henry St. SE, Niles.
They were found by an 18-year-old son who went to the house to check on his mother.
Niles police said they believe it was a murder-suicide.
