YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified the victims of a Youngstown double homicide Friday morning as a mother and son. Hallie North, 67, and Jamell North, 40, were found shot dead in a home at 2119 Summer St. around 5 a.m. Youngstown police Chief Robin Lees said the house was a drug house. It was the third killing in Youngstown in 18 hours. Police are also investigating a homicide at 451 Imperial St., near the intersection of Salt Springs Road, Thursday afternoon. Police said a 26-year-old man was shot to death.
